HLCS Receives its 501(c) 3 Tax Exempt Status

The Holy Land Christians Society, Inc. received its 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Services on October 16, 2003. The tax-exempt status is retroactive from the date of the filing on March 26, 2003. HLCS is now exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501 (c) (3). Based on this determination by the IRS, HLCS is treated as a publicly supported organization. 

Holy Land Christian Society, Inc. (HLCS) is a publicly supported, not-for profit organization dedicated to supporting the Christians in the Holy Land. HLCS offers economic development projects and education support programs to assist families in the Holy Land in both the short and long terms to sustain healthy Christian presence and maintain peaceful co-existence. HLCS also raises awareness among American Christians about the plight of the situation in the Holy Land through conferences, speaking engagements, and seminars.
